Dispatch is a game mechanic within Exploration where you can send up to five dragons to an Exploration area in order to obtain items or elemental essence.
Dispatching
Dispatching requires the use of one 
Normal Dispatch Ticket, which is automatically given to the player daily. Additional Normal Dispatch Tickets can be given from Temple Estella, Daily Treasure Boxes, the Item Gacha, and from watching ads (can be skipped with Membership). Once a dispatch is sent out, it cannot be cancelled.
The time a dispatch takes to complete is dependent on the number of dragons sent out to the dispatch area.

After dispatching a total of 15 times, you can select a specific dispatch reward to obtain. Only one of the item will be given, and essence items are not included in the list.
Dispatch Items
When a dispatch returns, the dragons will come back with a random set of rewards. These rewards can be rerolled by watching an ad or instantaneously with Membership.
Essence
Dragons may come back with essence items, which is used in Special Evolution that correspond to their element type. Dragons can return with either 100 or 300 of a specific element essence per dragon.

Trivia
- Dispatch used to give a lot more items per area, however, due to players' difficulty to obtain items necessary for Help Request dragons and quests, unnecessary items were removed.
- There used to exist an
Advanced Dispatch Ticket item which acted like a normal dispatch ticket, however, only Rare and up rarity items could be obtained through it. This was later removed when the dispatch item pool was trimmed.
