Forms
The Flare form can only be obtained from Phlegons obtained from the Phlegon Egg Box item. This form is not inheritable.
The Hyper form is a special form that can be obtained from breeding two Flare form Phlegons together. The offspring will have a 1/6 (or 16.67%) chance of being the Hyper form when it grows to adult. This form is not inheritable, but is tradeable before it grows. Additionally, the Hyper form is rewarded to players who purchase 3 and 4 
Phlegon Egg Boxes.
You won't know whether the Phlegon will grow into the Hyper form until it reaches the adult stage.
The Default form is obtained from breeding.
