Meticulous
Meticulous is a Special Personality that has a blackish navy aura behind the dragon. White and cyan lines rise up from the bottom in front of the dragon.
Requirements
- Have the total (or sum) of all stats be 100 exactly
Obtainment Method(s)
The dragon's base stats must be known beforehand, as this personality takes base stats into account. Add up the current sum (or total) of the dragon's base stats (example: 10/10/0/20 would be 10 + 10 + 0 + 20 = 40) and minus it by 100 (example: 40 - 100 = 60). The resulting number is the number you have to increase any stat by in order to meet the requirement (which in the example would be +60).
From there, you can raise any stat of your choosing until you qualify for Meticulous. See the table below for the fastest combination of trainings for each initial/base stat total.

Raising the stats so that its total is higher than 100 will disqualify the dragon from getting Meticulous. You can use a Trained Effort Value Reset (1 Time) item to reverse your most recent training result if you made a mistake in a single training.
While training for Meticulous, make sure the dragon doesn't accidentally qualify for Distracted, as Distracted has a higher priority than Meticulous and would get in the way of getting the personality. This is the most common on dragons like 
Darknix, as due to its base stats, all it takes is raising a single stat such as Strength high enough to qualify for Distracted.
Only raising one stat for Meticulous training may result in the dragon qualifying for Serious, but this does not get in the way of the dragon getting Meticulous. Serious may be considered as a backup for if the dragon does not roll Meticulous.
