Lunera's Lunar Eclipse form can only be obtained if a Lunera egg hatches during an in-game lunar eclipse. A lunar eclipse occurs every 150 days, and the next one is expected to occur on September 21st, 2024. This form is not inherited to offspring and the offspring would have to have hatched during an in-game lunar eclipse to also have the form, but can be traded.

The dragon inside this egg has a moon-shaped gemstone.
The dragon chases after the moon.
This hatchling can use the power of the moon.
This is a moon dragon born in the darkness of the full moon.
Unlike artemis dragons, moon dragons were not chosen by the goddess. It is said that the more jealous and angry a Lunera is at not being chosen by the goddess, the greater their power. Most luneras are jealous from the moment they are hatched, and are often very hard on themselves. Their moody personality makes things difficult for the tamer. They also often use the power of the moonlight to harass other dragons.
This egg has a glowing moon-shaped jewel on its surface. The glittering jewel holds the power of the moon. The jewel turns to the color of moonlight during a full moon. The egg surface is very smooth and hard, without a single scratch.
From the hatch phase, this dragon type is wary of people. They spend most of their time avoiding people and often attack when people reach out to touch them. They often chase around the moon at night. They don't like to move around during the day or train in bright daylight.
Unlike during the hatch phase, the wings of the hatchlings of this dragon type grow big and become decorative. Golden ornaments surround and grow on a lunera dragon’s body. Jewels can hold the power of the moonlight and shine the brightest on full moons. They love to practice flying, hoping to be able to reach the moon. The hatchlings blow hot and cold using the moonlight power, often putting dragons and tamers in trouble.
Born of darkness, lunera dragons are not not a fan of daylight. Because of this, they are one of the hardest dragons to spot, except at night. They usually appear at night and enjoy gazing at the moon. They are known to re-energize under the moonlight and be at their strongest in the moonlight.
It is said that a lunera dragon under a full moon radiates moonlight ecstatic enough to make one lose their mind. The moonlight that lunera dragons emit is said to impact dragons’ personalities.
On the night of the full moon, the moonlight wraps around Lunera.
Lunera wanted to occupy himself under the highly shining full moon. Lune, who was jealous of the fact that other dragons looked at the same moon as him, put the surrounding dragons to sleep with the power of moonlight.
In a state of confusion, the dragons were eaten away by the power of the moonlight.
The characters of the young dragons changed, and strange phenomena occurred, such as adult dragons falling asleep for more than a full day. Some dragons may fall into a curse that makes them unable to look at the moonlight.
Lunera's power of jealousy is known to be tens of times more than usual under the moonlight. For this reason, on the night of the full moon, those who find Lunera quickly escape.
