Skilled
Skilled is an Event Personality that has a fuchsia pink aura with big orange and smaller purple-ish pink and teal dots behind the dragon. Below the dragon are pixel arrows that resemble a D-Pad. Blue lines and sparkles rise up from the bottom. Red and teal pixel hearts, yellow pixel lightning bolts, and yellow Pac-Man faces appear from the bottom and float diagonally upward for a few seconds before fading away.

Obtainment Method(s)
The Skilled Moon Piece item is required to use on an adult dragon to give it the personality. This personality will overwrite the dragon's current personality, and if the dragon's personality is changed again using the 
Moonlight Gem item, the Moon Piece personality cannot be re-applied unless another Moon Piece item is used.
