Reduces building/production time and increases the placement limit of
Platforms .
The Imp Lab is an 8x8 unique building for your Village Town that can reduce the time necessary to complete upgrades, leveling up, and producing items as well as the maximum amount of Platforms that can be placed at a time through the use of research. The Imp Lab is made available after the Hall is Level 3 and the Old Lab Site is cleared using 1
Research Research can be performed in relation to various Town buildings in order to accelerate production, increase the maximum Platform limit, or accelerate upgrading and building speeds. Each research subject is separated into it's own tab, and one research subject can have multiple levels and versions.
The accelerated percentage can be calculated using the formula Production/Build Time ÷ (100% + Percent from Research), where the production/build time is in seconds, and the final time is always rounded down if it has a decimal.
For example, upgrading the Hall from Level 2 to Level 3 takes 5 minutes, which is 300 seconds. If you have the Construction & Level Up Speed 1 research at Level 3, this will increase the build time by 5%, which would make this time 300 seconds ÷ (100% + 5%) = 300 ÷ 105% (or 1.05) = 285.714286 seconds. This is rounded down to 285 seconds, which would be 4 minutes and 45 seconds.
