Blue Moon
Blue Moon is an Event Personality that has a blue, shining moon with blue constellation sparkles behind the dragon as well as a blue swirl rippling underneath the dragon. Sparkles that change from white to gold rise up from the bottom of the aura to the top. Light green orbs also float around in front of the dragon.

Obtainment Method(s)
The Blue Moon Piece item is required to use on an adult dragon to give it the personality. This personality will overwrite the dragon's current personality, and if the dragon's personality is changed again using the 
Moonlight Gem item, the Moon Piece personality cannot be re-applied unless another Moon Piece item is used.
